Refund & Cancellation Policy

12-Hour Cancellation Window

Because every item is made to order, production begins shortly after your purchase. You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.

After 12 Hours

Once 12 hours have passed, your order has entered production and we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds. At that point, materials have been committed and your item is being made specifically for you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly send a free replacement — your satisfaction matters to us.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package is confirmed lost in transit, reach out to us and we will work with you on a resolution.
