Shipping Policy

Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items

All products in our store are made to order. When you place an order, you are placing a pre-order — your item goes into production specifically for you. This allows us to ensure every piece meets our quality standards and helps us avoid waste from overproduction.

Processing & Delivery Times

Because each order is made individually, please allow 15–20 business days for your order to be produced and delivered. This timeframe includes both production and transit time. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays

While we do everything we can to deliver within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, customs processing, or carrier issues outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you updated if anything changes with your order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before your order enters production.
