• Delivery takes 15–20 business days, covering both production and shipping;
• Stated timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by demand, customs, or carrier delays beyond our control.

3. Product Images & Media

We use advanced imaging and enhancement technology to create and optimize our product photos and videos. This allows us to present our designs in the highest possible detail and quality. By using this Site, you acknowledge that:

• Product images and videos are digitally enhanced representations of our products;

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we will provide a free replacement;
• Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original payment method.
